Raspberries – Pop Art Live … In 2004, the original Raspberries lineup reunited for a one night concert. This new release captures the spirit of these pop rock pioneers. Listen for the live versions of their hits Go All The Way and Overnight Sensation (Hit Record). Read the review here.

Savoy Brown – Witchy Feelin’ … the seminal English blues band’s latest release features a 3 piece band – with guitarist Kim Simmonds providing lead vocals. Also, listen for the new track from Robert Plant (of Led Zeppelin) called May Queen. It is the first single released from his upcoming album Carry Fire, which is scheduled for release to the public in October.

Mick Jagger – who just released a double-sided single. I have added both the tracks to the playlist. Listen for the songs Gotta Get A Grip and England Lost.

The Isley Brothers & Santana – from their newly released album Power Of Peace – listen for the tracks Mercy Mercy Me (The Ecology Song) and Love, Peace, Happiness. Read the review here.

Alice Cooper – from his newly released album Paranormal – which features guest appearances by Billy Gibbons (of ZZ Top), Roger Glover (of Deep Purple) and Larry Mullen Jr. (of U2) – listen for the track Genuine American Girl. Read the review here.

Gary Wright & Wonderwheel – from the album Ring Of Changes, which was recorded in 1972 but only released late last year – I have added the tracks Lovetaker and I Know. Wonderwheel is a band that featured future Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones and the album also featured a guest appearance by George Harrison – but for some unknown reason, the record company did not see fit to release it until last year.
