The Yardbirds – Yardbirds ’68 … this Jimmy Page produced double release contains one disc of live material recorded in May of 1968 at the Anderson Theatre in New York, and one disc of never previously officially released “studio sketches” recorded by the band during the same period – consisting of eight tracks ranging in quality from near finished master takes to bare bone instrumental scratch tracks. The album features a host of classic rock luminaries – including Eric Martin (of Mr. Big), Edgar Winter, Rick Derringer, Sammy Hagar, Tommy Shaw (of Styx) – and many more! Chris Hillman– Bidin’ My Time… Chris Hillman was a member of The Byrds, The Flying Burrito Brothers and the Stephen Stills led band Manassas.
